In today’s world, designing a plan for tasks is essential, especially in regard to maintaining quality and assuring that our projects result in positive results. It’s been said that ten minutes in planning will save thirty minutes in execution. Learning Microsoft Visio 365 at the intermediate level will assist in accomplishing those goals.
In this course, we will dive into the intermediate features of the online version of Microsoft Visio. We’ll explore the best way to use Process Flowcharts to express and develop ideas. We’ll explain how to narrow down customer focus with a Pyramid Diagram and discuss how to arrange our corresponding ideas around a central idea using The Hub and Spoke Diagram. By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to create and use diagrams to help make professional tasks easier to manage.
We will also explore templates that will help with create Timelines for tracking historical events and planning future work. We will also learn to add metadata and alternate text to our shapes. We’ll create a Patient Care Process and learn how to categorize each part of the process in regard to health.
