We sometimes encounter things out of our control in the workplace. Learning to recognize and accept what you can’t control can make it easier to accept surprises, mistakes, and challenges. When there’s chaos at work, we often assume or miscalculate the main cause. We’ll help you re-investigate the root causes of chaos in your environment and examine methods to support your team.
Our course, Managing a Team Under Pressure, will help you understand what you can and cannot control using decision-making techniques. We’ll explore how to take charge of a chaotic situation with time-management practices and motivate your team with strong interpersonal skills. We’ll discuss accepting what may be out of your control, including accidents and failure. You’ll be able to reassess the source of chaos, use more effective time management, and reinforce leadership decisions under pressure. We’ll also talk about managing resources and expectations during challenging times.
