Course Description

These lessons will cover the many applications you can create with Unity. First, you will learn how to download the Unity Hub and create a Unity ID. The Unity Editor will be downloaded and installed from the Unity Hub, with options to install the required Visual Studio script Editor and necessary options.

Then you will learn how to create your first project and where to save it, as well as how to create folders that you will commonly use in your projects. We’ll explore the Unity Editor and explain panels such as the Project panel, Hierarchy panel, Scene/Game panel and the Inspector panel. You will also learn how to navigate the Unity Asset Store to browse premade projects, textures and models, many of them for free.
