(bright music) As you shift your recruiting to a virtual platform, it is important to set up your recruiting processes. In these lessons, you'll learn about the tools you can use in virtual interviews, the hiring cycle, the detailed interview phase, phone-screening, scheduling the interview itself, and the types of interviews you can host. There are a variety of tools and platforms that can be used for virtual interviewing. Most tools can be placed into three tiers: free or low-cost, medium-cost, and high-cost price ranges. The higher the cost, the more sophisticated features it will offer. Many of these platforms also have free tutorials. No-cost tools are easy to download and common for many job seekers. Free tools are perfect if you have budget challenges or if you're just beginning a virtual interview process and are unsure how many interviews you'll carry out like this. Mid to low-cost tools are usually subscription-based. Many companies use them for in-house training sessions, web conferencing, and virtual staff meetings. Many offer a no-cost component for the interviewee, but may require a download. Candidates may or may not have familiarity with these tools. There are many high-end, complete talent acquisition platforms too. Large, national, or global companies often have complete hiring platforms that manage everything: job posting, applicant tracking, virtual interviewing, and final disposition. Capability-wise, these are generally more expensive and often have a per employee per month fee. Your company's needs, budget, and available technology are all factors that you should consider when selecting a platform.
