In this “Conflict Management” course, you will learn the fundamentals of dispute and conflict resolution, including how you can resolve conflict in the workplace. We often see disagreements as something obstructive, but there are strategies to overcome this and turn it into something positive and helpful. You will learn to break down the elements of successful conflict management and will discuss the positive changes and outcomes of a successful conflict resolution process that follows a set structure.
In addition to general conflict resolution, the course will also teach you how to be an effective mediator by discussing the character and skill set of a conflict mediator, the perfect strategies for negotiating, and the structure of a conflict resolution meeting.
