In these lessons, you will learn how to access and manage content when you are not able to access an online connection. We will explore how to download e-mail messages for use outside of Outlook 365 and how to access and use content while working offline. You will also edit and manage data profile information.
Outlook 365 offers various ways to engage with your message content when you do not have an Internet connection. We will download messages and folder content to share with other users and to access offline. You will also learn which tasks can be performed online and what tasks can be performed offline. There may be times when you need to print a copy of an e-mail message to use for documentation, or you may need to keep of record of your contacts on your personal computer for other purposes besides email communications. Data profiles include account information and determine how your activity data is managed.
