Professionals and students of all fields are often expected to communicate with supervisors, colleagues, clients, teachers, and the public using presentations. PowerPoint is a professional way to communicate with others orally and visually. It’s especially useful when a large amount of information needs to be communicated to a group in an organized way. An engaging slideshow can increase audience focus, attention, comprehension, and recollection. PowerPoint offers many ways to customize your slides to engage the audience. PowerPoint includes its own robust design options with an easy-to-use interface. It also includes endless customization and animation options.
In this course on Enhancing a Presentation, we will explore more advanced features to enhance our slides. You will learn how to apply side design themes and backgrounds, how to add slide transitions, how to animate objects and text, how to add SmartArt diagrams to keep your audience engaged, how to insert footers and slide numbers, and how to use speaker notes.
