Hello? This is Ollie Green. And in this lesson we're going to create a patient care process. And with our patient care process, we'll see the steps for a diagnosis as well as a treatment for a particular patient. Let's get started. So even if we aren't in the medical realm or if we don't work in the medical industry, it's still a good idea to have exposure to various diagrams. It'll spark ideas and just give us new ways to approach our own drawings. So we have Visio 365 open. We're going to come over to all templates and this is going to open up our various templates. We'll have our popular diagrams, we'll have our basic diagram, we'll have our basic. Flow chart, chart timeline, and our block diagram. So we have all of our different. Processes that we can open up. So we're going to scroll down and come down to our process diagram. So we're going to select our patient care process and that's going to open up create. So we have our steps and we're going to click on create. And we'll. Wait for our template to load. Now once our template loads, we have our steps. So steps one through six, over on the left we have our basic shapes and we also have the arrows, and we also have the ability to add shapes. So if we click on add shapes. We can add any shapes to our template. So if we'll scroll down, we're going. To look for our icons and we're. Going to scroll down. So under icons you guys will see we have the accessibility icons, analytics animals. If we scroll down and we'll come. On over to our medical icons and. We'Ll click on add and that's going. To give us our medical icons. So we'll click on our basic shapes. Once again, arrows, medical icon. So if we wanted to add any infographics to our diagrams, we could. So we're going to come down to the bottom and we're going to start fresh. So we're going to click on insert new page and that's going to give. Us a new page, okay? And we want to walk through our six step process. Now you can pretty much use any shapes that you want. I'm going to go for the rectangle. So we'll grab the rectangle and we'll zoom in. We'll come on over to left and. We'Ll select our rectangle and we'll type in. Analyze by Doctor. So we're going to analyze the patient by the doctor. So we're going to type in analysis by doctor. And this is our doctor doing our analysis. And again, if we hover over our shape, we're going to get our arrows to come out of the side. We'll hover over the right arrow, we'll. Click on our square and if we happen to not want our square so we have our square selected. We'll come up to shape and we'll click on change shape and we'll switch. That back to the rectangle. Okay. And we'll consult with patient. And in our next square, we'll hover. At the bottom rectangle, and we'll say. Decision. About treatment plan. We'll deselect hover again. We'll get the arrow. We'll click again. And we'll implement the medical procedure. So whether it's surgery, big or small or any sort of steps that may. Be taken, we'll fill in our steps. So we have our medical procedure. We're going to hover again to the left, and we're going to click on. A rectangle, and we'll click on one more arrow, go up, and we can. Follow up. And monitor and evaluate. And these are our steps, and we're. Going to zoom out slightly. We have our steps. Now, of course, we can select our. Steps, make everything just a little bit bigger by grabbing at the edge. We'll hold down control. We'll zoom out, and we'll drag. We'll come on over to left, and. We'Ll click on our medical icons. And if we wanted to bring over. First date, just make it look a. Little bit more interesting. The heartbeat also hospital and medical, so any shapes that will help express what. We created are fantastic. We'll drag that up, and there we go. Okay, so in review, we've created our. Patient care process, and we walked through the steps of our patient care process. We've also added some infographics to help convey or give the idea that we're working in the medical field. And our drawing will fit that particular theme. So text larger by selecting around the edges. Come up to the size and increase the size. Thank you guys for watching, and I'll see you in the next lesson.
