In these lessons, you will learn how to save and store e-mail communications and how to customize messages using fillable form fields. We will explore how to save messages using different formats, move older messages to your archive folders, and use custom form fields when composing messages.
In Outlook 365, you can select different formats to save messages on your computer. You have the option to save a message you are still composing as a draft to save and finish later. Since your mailbox size is limited, you can expect e-mails to be continuously received. To prevent your inbox from filling up too quickly, you can move old items to an archive. We will also explore how to personalize your e-mail communications by creating and inserting custom form fields. Fillable form fields provide the option to enter message content that is automatically inserted in the appropriate place in current and future messages.
