In the past, files were shared through a mapped network drive or flash drive. Now, in Microsoft Excel, you can use One Drive to share files with other users. In these lessons, you’ll learn how to collaborate on projects and share your work with others in Excel.
We’ll discuss coauthoring and collaborating with multiple users, as well how to use Microsoft One Note to share your Excel spreadsheet with other users. You’ll learn how to use comments and notes in Excel as effective collaboration tools. Finally, you’ll learn how to export and link your Excel spreadsheet to other Microsoft Office products and how to create an Excel spreadsheet within other applications.
This course covers collaborating on projects and sharing your work in Microsoft Excel 2021, including coauthoring with multiple users, using OneDrive and Microsoft OneNote to share spreadsheets, using comments and notes as collaboration tools, and exporting and linking Excel spreadsheets to other Microsoft Office products.
