Microsoft Visio is a software application made for creating a variety of diagrams. These include flowcharts, org charts, building plans, floor plans, data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, business process modeling, swim lane diagrams, 3D maps, and many more.
This course is for users who already possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio. In this course, users will deepen their working knowledge of the application by becoming more familiar with drawings based on Visio templates like Floor Plan Templates, Basic Flow Charts, Cross-Functional Flowcharts, and the Network Diagram Template. This course also focuses on adding features like Visio Containers and Layers to help organize and manage shapes in a drawing. You will also learn how to control views in the Visio applications by using tools like the Zoom slider, Visio Task Panes, Shape Reports, Visio Aid Options, Inserting Comments, and using Spell Check.
