Next we will discover what type of resume you should use based on your experience, industry, and career film. Finally, we will learn how to market your resume and compose a well-written cover letter. My name is Michelle Jones, and I have over 10 years of sales management, recruiting, and training experience. I currently own my own company called Appreciating You in which I provide career training workshops. I first began the career training workshops in 2001 as a headhunter I assisted entry-level to executive clients in obtaining employment, and I felt that the candidates that I was assisting in seeking employment could benefit from all the insider tips that many employers never tell you. I am also an instructional designer and design instructor-led and web-based training programs for a variety of different organizations.
