After completing the course, you should be able to research and discover your skills, effectively build and write your resume, identify how to search for employment, and recognize the best way to prepare, present, and follow up throughout the job interview process. Let's look at an overview of the job interview process. The first part is you. You are the product. You need to know your skills and what you can offer. You also need to then research companies who need your skills. You can do this through also presenting your resume. Your resume is your product sheet or your brochure. It's what describes you and gets companies to see if they want to invite you to an interview. Your interview is your sales presentation. This is where you get an opportunity to sell your skills. After you have done and completed an interview, you'll want to give a thank you letter. Thank you letter is your follow up. And if everything goes well, you should get the sale, which is the job offer. This is what this course is going to review.
