In this course, we will analyze the art of communication through the communication model by Professor Lindquist, discuss the difference between creative writing and business writing, review the basics of grammar, discuss the proper formatting for emails, memos, and letters. Additionally, we'll discuss the various types of communication issues that are addressed every day in business.
