Hello, and welcome to KnowledgeCity's course on Intermediate Analysis with Tableau. I'm Anna Foard. I've spent my career teaching people how to analyze, interpret, and communicate data. Since the early 2000's, I've taught statistics and worked with the professionals on statistical analysis. My current tool of choice, is Tableau. And I'm delighted to help you apply this tool to your business. In this course, you'll learn how to create calculations in Tableau. We'll also build parameters and advanced charts. We'll look closer at dashboard best practices and learn how to build sets. By the end of the course, you'll be able to create logic, date and ratio calculations in Tableau. You'll also be able to apply user interactivity with parameters and dashboard actions. You'll be able to give your audience guided analytics with advanced labels, tooltips and KPIs. And you'll be able to create sets, allowing you to segment your data, to determine the next question in your root cause analysis. I can't wait to get started. See you in the first lesson.
