Okay, the first thing we want to do is set up our System Preferences. So I'm going to go up to my Apple icon in the upper left hand corner and select System Preferences. In the System Preferences window, we're just going to set up a few things. First thing I want you to click on is Exposés and Spaces. In here, what we're doing is we're unassigning the F9 and the F10 key from their tasks, which is all Windows and Application Windows. So I'm going to go down the list and just unassign it. Now the reason that I'm doing this is because the F9 and the F10 keys have specific tasks in the Final Cut Pro software. And I'm going to go back to Show All and the next setting that I want to set is my mouse. And in the mouse, you'll notice that the entire mouse is set to Primary Button. I'm just going to click on the right side and simply select Secondary Button. After that, you can close out of your System Preferences. From this point, we want to assign our project file a path to go to. So I'm going to click on my Mac HD hard drive and go to Users. And inside Users, I'm going to select the name I've created for myself in my computer. From here, I want to color coordinate my path to my Final Cut Pro project file. So once I click on Documents, I'm going to use the taskbar up here to color coordinate. I'm going to select Blue as my color. From here, I'm going to go to Final Cut Pro Documents and color coordinate that blue as well. And inside here, I'm going to create a new folder. And the folder that I'm going to create is Final Cut Pro Project and color coordinate that blue as well.
