Navigating the Microsoft 365 OneDrive (2023) Personal platform enables you to organize files and folders in a way that creates efficient cloud storage for your documents. When searching for a safe place to store important documents, the personal vault that is included in the Microsoft 365 OneDrive Personal Plan provides a secure, locked location for storage. Various settings and tools enable you to keep files located in exactly the right place for the most efficient use of OneDrive.
In this course, you will learn how to select and deselect files to include with Microsoft 365 OneDrive access, so you can decide which files should be accessed both online and on your PC or laptop, and which files will be used in one location only. You’ll also learn to navigate the OneDrive Personal Plan browser to see which areas take you to find various documents and settings to help you manage more efficiently. Finally, we’ll show you how to lock and unlock files and folders in the personal vault, how to set up time limits for locking, and how to adjust different storage settings.
