In this lesson, I will show you how to import sounds. To import sounds, we need to organize the library and create a folder that will hold the sound clips. To do so, there's a folder button right next to the new symbol button. Click on the New Folder button. And here you can name it. I'm going to name this folder Sound Clips. Now, what I need to do is import the sound. To import the sound, you can go to the Voiceovers folder and drag in the sound clips. To do so, you just click and drag like this, and drag and drop it over to the Sound Clips folder. You can tell that the Sound Clips folder is selected because it's highlighted in orange. Another way to import sound is going to File, Import to the Library. However, when you use this way, you'll have to manually find all the sound clips that are within the list and then drag them into the folder. It might be best just to drag the clips manually from the folder. Now that we have the sound clips, we need to prepare our scene. So I'm going to go to this new symbol button, and I'm going to go ahead and call this new symbol All Panels. And this new symbol will hold all of the panels. So we're going to import the pictures and then we can edit the sound. So from here, what we wanna do is import all of the storyboard pictures. Again, clicking on New Folder, I'm going to name this All Panels, and it says that's already taken because of the symbol here. So what I can do is rename that. And I'll put All-Panels. All right, so here, I have All Panels and I need to drag and drop in all of the pictures. That way, the imported sound can be applied to those pictures. Navigate to the Storyboard folder, and make sure you have all of your panels. Wherever you have saved your panels, go to that particular folder. My panels happen to be saved in the Storyboard folder on my computer. So from here, I'm just going to select them all by clicking and dragging, or you can tap Ctrl + A to select all for a PC computer, or you can tap Command + A on a Mac computer. Then make sure you have the All Panels folder in your site of view. And then you just drag it over. You can tell that it's selected because it's highlighted in orange. And then there's all of our panels. We can tell that these are pictures because the dot extension says PNG. Yours may say .JPEG, or it may be a different type of picture file type, which is okay. Now again, you can go to File, Import to the Library, but if you do it this way, you will actually have to manually find the imported pictures and drag them one at a time into that folder. Next, what we wanna do is go ahead and place down the panels on the layers, and then we can adjust the imported sound. In the next lesson, I will show you how we can use sounds for animatics.
