Course Description

Inclusive language is a way for leaders to take on the role of establishing a culture of inclusion, acceptance, and understanding. In this course, leaders learn how to use inclusive language, how not to commit microaggressions, and how to use more microaffirmations in the workplace.

This course will help you identify ways to improve inclusion and increase diversity within your team. In this course, you will learn to encourage inclusion through your language choice, policies, and daily practice in the workplace.
