Lessons cover ethics, compliance, and manager roles; legal and ethical responsibilities; applying the code of conduct; setting the right example; ethical decision-making tools; aligning ethics with performance; spotting and managing risk; monitoring and audits; working with compliance committees; identifying and reporting issues; handling escalation and investigations; using data to improve compliance decisions; and keeping policies and values current.
The course builds skills in ethical standards and conduct, policy analysis, risk awareness, and brainstorming, along with confidence in managing sensitive situations and responding to concerns appropriately.
The course is organized into short lessons, many followed by a 'Test Your Knowledge' check, moving from manager roles and legal responsibilities through risk management, reporting, escalation, and policy improvement.
