It covers the role of ethics in compliance, frameworks for ethical decision-making (including the PLUS model), aligning values with codes of ethics, spotting and addressing ethical risk, managing conflicts of interest and ethical blind spots, how culture and power shape ethics, third-party risks and whistleblower safeguards, modeling ethical behavior, and sustaining ethical accountability in organizations.
You will build skills in accountability, ethical standards and conduct, and risk awareness — including differentiating compliance requirements from ethical responsibilities, applying decision-making frameworks to ambiguous situations, identifying early signs of ethical risk, and escalating concerns appropriately.
