It covers recognizing and understanding sexual harassment and its forms, legal protections and employer obligations, prevention strategies, responding to and documenting complaints, safeguarding against retaliation, managerial liability and organizational risk, supporting investigations, addressing harassment involving clients, vendors, or external parties, and how courts evaluate leadership accountability.
You will build skills in accountability, complaint investigations, and sexual harassment awareness, and strengthen your ability to lead with fairness and apply workplace policies with confidence.
