We’ll also address structured feedback loops and inclusive cross-functional collaboration, including Agile team rituals such as standups, reviews, and retrospectives to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to lead teams that adapt quickly and drive meaningful, continuous innovation. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to guide Agile teams that are collaborative and focused on improvement.

The course covers the foundations of Agile leadership, building trust and shared accountability, structured feedback loops, and inclusive cross-functional collaboration, including Agile team rituals such as standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Lessons include Agile Leadership and Accountability, Feedback and Agility, and Cross-Functional Collaboration, plus a knowledge check.
The course develops skills in Agile Leadership, Team Effectiveness, and 360-Degree Feedback.
The course is organized into five lessons: Introduction; Agile Leadership and Accountability; Test Your Knowledge; Feedback and Agility; and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
