Hello. In this lesson, we'll examine the different tools available to collaborate with the creative team found in the Creative Cloud applications like Premiere Pro. As part of your Creative Cloud subscription you have access to libraries. Which you can build and share over cloud storage, as well as Adobe Stock. Which has many motion graphics templates, music and sound effects, fonts, graphics, and more. Many are free and ship with Premiere Pro. As you can see here. And others may be purchased for a reasonable fee based on the end use of your projects. You can see, I could choose free or premium here. Music, for example, can even be placed in a timeline for approval prior to licensing. If I go to the essential sound panel, you can see I could search by different criteria here. Mood, genres, filters, et cetera. I have accessed a clip here called It Starts. I can preview it here in the... window by clicking this button here. And I can place it in a timeline and export it for approval prior to actually licensing. Creating and sharing your library of media is easy to do using the libraries panel. As you can see, I've already created one library called My Library. And if I click here, it contains different groups, such as looks, still images, music, motion graphics templates, 3D assets, color themes, and video clips. For example. Creating a new library is easy. If I go back here I just click on that New Library button. You can name the libraries desired and add media by dragging and dropping it from the finder or Explorer window. Your library items can be shared via the Creative Cloud by designating team collaborators. We'll examine the use of the libraries panel in greater detail a bit later on in the course. Team projects are a method of sharing your edits and other contributions with the team. Setting up a team project is easily accessible from the File menu. Or I could open a preexisting one, or I could create a new team project. Or I can do this even from the home page. As you see here. As with libraries, collaborators are designated in the team project window. This feature will also be examined in greater detail in an upcoming lesson. In this lesson, we have reviewed some of the tools available in the Creative Cloud that enhanced collaboration with others.
