My name is Matt Warmane, and I am an instructional designer who lives in southwest Wisconsin and has been using this tool for over 20 years. By the time you are done with this course, you will understand what Outlook 365 is. You will know the workspace of Outlook 365. You should be able to send a simple message as well as a message with a little bit more pizzazz to it. You will know how email functions in today's business environment. You should also be able to best organize your workspace in the Outlook environment. You will also introduce you to some of the functions of the File menu tab. Let's get started.
