Pew Research finds that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/short-reads\/2022\/03\/09\/majority-of-workers-who-quit-a-job-in-2021-cite-low-pay-no-opportunities-for-advancement-feeling-disrespected\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">63% of employees<\/a> say the lack of opportunities for advancement are one of the leading causes of resignation. Gallup reports <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/businessjournal\/188399\/retaining-employees-money-matter.aspx#:~:text=Gallup%20finds%20that%2044%25%20of,take%20to%20keep%20workers%20around.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">44 percent of employees<\/a> would consider leaving their current job for a boost in pay of 10 to 20 percent.
