Course Description: This online course will teach you the basic principles and workflow of non-linear editing using the Final Cut Pro 7 editing software program. We’ll go through the basic set up of the system’s preferences as well as setting up a project and storing it in its proper location. We will also go over step-by-step how to capture, import and organize media clips that we will use for our project; as well as applying basic titles and transitions. We will learn basic editing techniques to create a small scene and fine tune it before learning to output it to a different format.
