A. KnowledgeCity.com is an educational website. We offer hundreds of online tutorials. We also offer many topics in DVDs.

Q. Why can’t I see the video?

A. If you cannot see video, you may have to install the most current version of Adobe Flash Player. To resolve this issue, please download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Click here to download Flash Player for free.

Q. How do the trainings work? How do I get access to the courses?

A.You may view the first three chapters of each course offered on our website for FREE. Just click on the course you are interested and click on any of the first three chapters. If you want to learn the complete course simply Sign Up for a full membership to gain access to all courses offered on the website.

Q. What courses are offered on the website?

A. We have hundreds of online lessons on a variety of topics in computer software and business skills. We add new courses monthly to ensure that you are getting the most up-to-date information. All of our courses are listed on the left side of every page.

Q. Who teaches the courses?

A. College professors and certified instructors teach all of our courses. We recruit experienced and enthusiastic experts from across the United States to provide the most current and in-depth instruction.

Q. What age range are these courses for?

A. Anyone is welcome to take our courses however they are geared toward a college level learner.

Q. Do you have different levels for each course?

A. We have many levels so that our courses fit everyone’s needs! Depending on the course topic, we have beginning to advanced level courses.

Q. Do you provide any certification for your training?

A. Yes. We provide a KnowledgeCity Certificate of Proficiency. Just complete the course and click on Certification Test, located in the lower right corner of the course page. Once you pass the test, you will receive a printable Certificate of Proficiency.

Q. Can I learn these lessons from any computer?

A. All you need is your computer, headphones or speakers, a high-speed Internet connection, and the most current version of Adobe Flash Player.

A. No. All you need is your computer, headphones or speakers, a high-speed Internet connection, and the most current version of Adobe Flash Player.

Q. How long are your courses?

A. We have courses ranging from two to twelve hours.

Q. How do I sign up?

A. You can visit our Subscription Plans page to sign-up.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. To cancel your subscription, please call 1-888-494-2075 or send an email to Customer Service. Simply inform Customer Service that you would like to cancel your subscription along with your contact information. Your membership will be cancelled within 24 hours.

Q. Why is the video/audio skipping?

A. A high-speed Internet connection is required for optimal viewing of our training videos. If you are viewing the video with a lower internet connection (56k), you can press pause on the lesson and let it load completely before viewing. You will know that the video has loaded completely when the loading bar has filled up from left to right.

Q. Why can’t I hear the course?

A. If you cannot hear the course, ensure you have speakers or headphones connected to your computer. Also, please make sure you have a sound card installed on your computer.

Q. When I open the video, all I see is a black screen. Why?

A. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, you may have to wait a few moments for the video to load.

Q. My Login or Password is not working. What should I do?

A. You may call 1-888-494-2075 or send an email to Customer Service.

Q. How do I change my password?

A. You can change your password after you are logged in. Just click on My Account at the top right corner of the page. Then, make all your changes.

Q. You don’t have a course I am looking for, can I request it?

A. Yes. We want to fulfill the needs of all students. You can request a course by sending an email to Customer Service. We will do our best to get that course on to our website.
