A. There are several possible reasons why you can't hear sound on the video. Check to make sure that you have a sound card installed on your computer. Make sure that the sound on your computer is turned on. Also, ensure that your speakers or headphones are connected to your computer and are turned on.
A. A high-speed Internet connection is required for optimal viewing of our training videos. For optimal viewing, the Internet speed should be at 500kbps. If you are viewing the video with a slower Internet connection (56k), you may have to wait a few minutes for the video to load.

If there is a circle with rotating bars in the middle of the video screen, the video is loading and will begin to play shortly. However, if there is no circle in the middle of the video screen, or if an error message appears, please close the video player and click on the lesson again. The video should then load and play properly.
