Q. How does the $1 Trial Access work?

A. Upon subscription, you will instantly have access to All Courses we offer. You can view any course at any time for the duration of 15 days. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis for twenty nine dollars and ninety five cents until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Q. Who is KnowledgeCity?

A. KnowledgeCity provides online video tutorial training in Career Development, Computer Software, and Finance. All courses are taught by college professors and experienced certified instructors. Our offices and production facilities are located in Carlsbad, California.

Q. How does the training work?

A. By Subscribing, you will instantly get access to all of our training videos in all categories. Simply choose a topic and start viewing the course. You will need speakers or headphones to hear the audio.

Q. Who is teaching the courses?

A. We recruit experienced and enthusiastic college professors/certified instructors from across the United States to provide you with the most current and in-depth instructions. Each instructor goes through an intensive interviewing and testing process before they are accepted.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. You can cancel your subscription any time by sending an email to Info@KnowledgeCity.com or by calling customer service at 888.494.2075.

Q. Why can’t I see the video?

A. If you cannot see video or hear audio for a course, this may be because you do not have the most current version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. To resolve this issue, please download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player Click here to download for free

Q. Why is the video/audio skipping?

A. In order to view our training videos at its optimum, you will need a high speed internet connection. However, if you are viewing the video with a lower internet connection (56k), you can press pause on the lesson and let it load completely before viewing. You will know that the video has loaded completely when the loading bar has filled up from left to right.

Q. When I open the video, all I see is a black screen. Why?

A. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, you may have to wait a few moments for the video to load.

Q. Do you offer course materials or manuals?

A.Yes. In most of our courses, we provide a printable manual you can take notes on while viewing the video course to help you retain more information.

Q. Do I need any software to take the courses?

A. No. All you need is your computer, a broadband internet connection and the most current version of Adobe Flash Player. Click here to download for free

Q. Do you provide any certification for your training?

A.Yes. We provide a KnowledgeCity Certification of Completion upon passing a quiz which can be requested after completely viewing a specific course. After you have passed the course quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion that is printable.

Q. How do I change my password?

A. Once logged in to the Viewing Center click on "My Account" on the top right corner of the page and you can make account changes there.

Q. You don’t have a course I am looking for, can I request it?

A. Yes. We are always looking to fulfill the needs of all students. You can request a course by sending an email to Info@KnowledgeCity.com. We will do our best to get that course on to our website.
